The Department of Innovation, Assessment & Analytics brings together the strengths of educational technology, data-driven research, and academic evaluation. This unified team strengthens collaboration across innovation, assessment, analytics, educational technology, and research functions while ensuring continued support for our campuses and departments.

Our department bridges the gap between digital innovation and academic excellence through three core pillars:

• Empowering Teaching & Learning: We drive technology integration, manage student 1:1 Chromebook and teacher laptop deployments, ensure seamless access to digital resources (like Clever), and champion exciting student programs like eSports and credit recovery.

• Assessment Administration: We provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with state and federal testing requirements. Our team seamlessly coordinates and administers all district-wide and state-mandated assessments, including STAAR, TELPAS, and Credit by Exam (CBE)

• Data-Driven Success: We collaborate annually with District stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness, analyze research proposals, and identify best practices. By transforming data into actionable insights, we work to increase opportunities for student success and drive continuous growth in STAAR scores across every student group.
